Text messages (candidates, optional)

If you are a job candidate and choose to receive SMS about an application with a specific employer on our platform, we may send a small number of transactional texts related to that interview process—for example, a link to schedule an interview after you are shortlisted, or a confirmation with date, time, and a link to join. Typical frequency is zero to two messages per application. We do not use this program for marketing text blasts unless you separately opt in to other communications described on our consent pages.

SMS is optional and requires your affirmative choice on our consent page or when scheduling an interview (when a mobile number is on file). Interview texts include a notice that you may reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by: (1) using your consent preferences page linked from our emails; (2) unchecking the SMS option when rescheduling; or (3) replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any interview text from us—we will send a one-time confirmation and stop further interview texts for the relevant employer(s). Reply HELP for brief program information. We do not send a separate SMS to confirm opt-in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Within Your Organization

Information is shared among authorized team members within your organization based on their role and permissions. Candidate contact information is only accessible after using credits to unlock it.

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

  • Auth0 for authentication and user management
  • OpenAI for AI-powered analysis and evaluations
  • Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage
  • Email service providers for communications
  • Twilio to deliver optional candidate SMS when you have opted in and to process inbound STOP/HELP replies for opt-out and support

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aeviya, our users, or others.

5. Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your information:

6. Data Retention

  • Usage Analytics: Retained for 2 years for service improvement
  • Billing Records: Retained per legal requirements

7. Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

  • View and update your profile information
  • Export your data in machine-readable formats
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Control notification preferences

Text message preferences (candidates)

If you opted in to interview-related SMS for an employer on our platform, you can withdraw at any time using the consent preferences link in our emails, by updating your choice when rescheduling an interview, or by replying STOP to any interview text we sent you. Opt-out stops future texts for that employer (or employers, if the same number is associated with more than one active grant); it does not delete messages already delivered. To receive interview texts again after opting out, you must opt in again on the consent or schedule page.
