Hiring AI compliance
How Aeviya approaches automated resume and interview evaluation, integrity signals, human oversight, and U.S. / California-oriented compliance themes. This page summarizes our program; it is not legal advice.
For candidates
- Scores are generated to help employers assess job-related qualifications. Employers make hiring decisions.
- Integrity signals (when shown) are informational and do not automatically change your score; they may be inaccurate.
- Accommodations: Request a disability-related accommodation through the employer using the contact in your invitation.
- Recorded sessions: Where a session is recorded, we expect employers to follow applicable consent rules (including all-party consent where required).
- Privacy rights: See our Privacy Policy for collection, use, and rights requests.
For employers (customers)
- You are responsible for lawful hiring practices, including validation and adverse-impact monitoring for selection procedures you use.
- Contracts address service-provider use of data, cooperation on privacy requests, and appropriate use of integrity signals—not sole basis for adverse action without human review.
- The platform is not positioned as a consumer report or background-check product unless separately agreed in writing.
Marketing & measurement
We avoid unsubstantiated claims about “unbiased” or perfect detection. Model and marketing claims are reviewed against internal evidence and applicable guidance.
Security & monitoring
We maintain reasonable security measures and internal monitoring practices for model drift and fairness-related metrics where data supports them. See also Security & Compliance.
